Once your order is confirmed, we begin processing it right away. For that reason, we ask you to double-check your delivery details to avoid delays or issues.
In rare cases, we may need to cancel an order due to things like missing address info, clear pricing errors, or suspected misuse (e.g. repeated discount abuse). If this happens, we’ll always inform you.
Unclaimed or undeliverable parcels that are returned to us may be subject to a €30 restocking and return processing fee.

Return shipping is covered by the customer (unless the item was faulty).
Some returns may need to be shipped to a location outside your home country depending on your region.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receiving and checking the item.
If we’ve made a mistake with your order, we’ll fix it at our cost — no questions asked.
Items purchased during final sale or special promotions may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Accounts with repeated returns or suspected misuse may be blocked for future orders.

If you’re using a discount code or receiving a free gift with your order, make sure it shows up at checkout. These offers are limited-time and may expire without notice.
If a promotion is misapplied due to a technical issue or error, we may adjust or cancel the affected part of the order.
